Well, my favorite fictional villain is Artemis Fowl, but I also have a soft spot for Cadel Piggott from Catherine Jinks' Evil Genius (http://www.amazon.com/Evil-Genius-Catherine-Jinks/dp/0152061851). I hope that counts, because both characters develop a sense of morality during the series. Well, Cadel more than Artemis. Thanks for holding the contest, I love Barry Lyga's books!
